View project meeting Bucharest

From 27-28 october, View consortium met in Bucharest, where they discussed the project progress and the next steps. Project partners also visited the rowing sport club ONYX.

Train4Family partners meet in Sofia to plan final steps

From 1–4 October 2025, the Train4Family consortium met in Sofia, Bulgaria, hosted by the Bulgarian Sports Development Association (BSDA). Partners from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy, Slovenia, Spain and Turkey reviewed pilot evaluation results and project management data, aligned on the final report, and set actions to sustain the educational content and e-learning platform. The meeting reaffirmed our commitment to enabling children with disabilities and their families to be active through adapted sport.

Kick of meeting of project In Gianky we trust
From June 29 till June 30, 2025, the kick off meeting of project In Gianky we trust was jold in Borgomanero. The In Gianky We Trust project aims to improve the financial literacy and autonomy of young autistic people (AYP) aged 20 to 25, and to support their inclusion and participation in society through inclusive education, digital tools, and community engagement.

Informational Session Held within the AdaptED Project

From June 2 to June 4, 2025, an informational session was held at the Gourmet Center in Vrdnik as part of the Erasmus+ project "Paths of Inclusive Learning: Adapting Adult Education Programs for People with Acquired Motor Disabilities" (AdaptED).During the event, the project's progress to date was presented, with a focus on the development of a manual for educators and institutions working with people with disabilities.
Train4Family transnational project meeting took place in Murcia

Hosted by the University of Murcia (UMU), the meeting served as an important milestone in coordinating the implementation and evaluation of sport-based activities designed for children with disabilities and their families. The two-day meeting began with a warm welcome by the host organization, followed by presentations on the progress of key project deliverables, including sport demonstration videos by CUS Palermo and the evaluation report by BRAVO. Special attention was given to the documentation and challenges surrounding the implementation of local sport training activities in partner countries. These sessions facilitated valuable exchange of practical experience and good practices in using sport as a tool for social inclusion and healthy family bonding.
Second Partner Meeting in the AdaptED Project

From April 2 to April 4, 2025, the second partner meeting of the Erasmus+ project "Paths of Inclusive Learning: Adapting Adult Education Programs for Individuals with Acquired Motor Disabilities" (AdaptED) was held in Čakovec, Croatia. The goal of the meeting was to exchange experiences and align activities related to the content of the manual and the development of the website that will support the implementation of assistive technologies in the educational system. Special attention was given to designing the structure of the manual, identifying key areas related to working methods and assistive technologies, and analyzing feedback from all participants. Recommendations for next steps were discussed, including a chapter with practical examples and additional materials that will be made available to the final users of the manual.
First Partner Meeting in the AdaptED Project

From January 23 to 25, 2025, a meeting of project partners was held in Velenje, Slovenia, as part of the Erasmus+ project Paths of Inclusive Learning: Adapting Adult Education Programs for Individuals with Acquired Motor Impairments (AdaptED). The meeting was attended by representatives of institutions from the three partner countries, including the Qualifications Agency as the project lead and the Resource Center for Special Education (Serbia), the Social Cooperative Humana Nova (Croatia), and the Institute for Symbolic Analysis and Development of Information Technologies – IPAK (Slovenia). The purpose of the meeting was to exchange experiences and identify potential modifications of educational programs for individuals with acquired motor impairments. Special attention was given to analyzing the legal frameworks in Serbia, Croatia, and Slovenia, as well as opportunities to harmonize educational practices across participating countries. Challenges related to the employment of people with acquired motor impairments were also discussed, with a focus on inclusive education methods.

On 16 and 17 of December the kick of meeting for project View was organized in Brussels. The project is designed to build on and complement the successes and learnings of previous initiatives within the Erasmus+ Sport framework and beyond. It aims to innovate by focusing on the integration and empowerment of people with disabilities through sports volunteering, a largely underexplored area in existing sports and volunteering programmes. Objectives of project are: Empower people with disabilities by providing them with opportunities to serve as volunteers in sporting events, thereby enhancing their skills, confidence, and social inclusion. Develop and disseminate resources, training, and best practices for sports clubs and organisations to integrate volunteers with disabilities effectively. Increase awareness of the capabilities and contributions of persons with disabilities among the wider sports community, advocating for more inclusive and equitable practices.
Train4family project memorandum of understanding signed

On 12 October 2024, the CUS Palermo signed an important memorandum of understanding with the Culture, Training and Work Commission at the Sicilian Regional Assembly. Present were the Honorable Valentina Chinnici, Vice-President of the Commission, the President of the CUS Palermo Giovanni Randisi, the European Projects Unit coordinated by Rosario Genchi and the representatives of all the delegations involved to kick off the practical part of the European project activities # Train4Family. “This program will allow us to offer young people with disabilities and their families the opportunity to play sports and live a more active and inclusive life”. Together with partners from Croatia (Rijeka Disability Sports Association), Bosnia and Herzegovina (BRAVO), Bulgaria (BSDA), Turkey (KSU), Slovenia (IP@K) and Spain (Universidad de Murcia), through sports activities, nutrition education and an e-learning platform, we will promote a healthy lifestyle and ever greater social inclusion. An important moment to celebrate the beginning of this new adventure and to underline everyone’s commitment to a more inclusive future.

Train4family meeting in Sarajevo

The #Train4Family International project meeting in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, on 3rd and 4th April 2024, was a landmark event, significantly advancing the project's objectives. Initiated by the host's welcoming speech, the gathering quickly moved into productive presentations and discussions by Partner Associations, highlighting collaborative achievements and future strategies.

Train4 family project in which IPAK is partner started witrh Kick of meeting.
The main aim of the project is to increase awareness of the importance of physical activity among children aged 6-18 by additionally educating family members and by implementing sport activities for children in sport clubs/organizations in each partner country.

Online conference was organized on 5. Nov 2023. Partners have presented the project its outputs and how results will be exploited in the future. Participants were coming from Bosnia and Hercegovina, Croatia, Greece, Italy and Slovenia.

Meeting in Palermo

The meeting took place at the CEIPES, Palermo, Italy. The meeting was held on two days, September 5th and 6th , and was very concrete about the project objectives, future tasks and responsibilities. Partners discussed developed outcomes, challenges and internal evaluation. The content of the meeting was focused on WP1, achieved outputs were discussed and future tasks were organized, with attention to risk mitigation. Web platform was reviewed, where all content was accepted, while the graphical part will still be updated with project's visual identity. Future tasks are organization of the pilot education separated into two parts – theoretical and practical. After the finalization of pilot education, the evaluation report will be created on the scope of the whole project, evaluating each project task
Intermediate Meeting in Rijeka

The meeting took place at the Kantrida Pools, Rijeka, Croatia. The meeting was held on two days, April 6th and 7th, and was very concrete about the project objectives, future tasks and responsibilities. The content of the meeting was focused on WP1, achieved outputs and future tasks. Considering this is the first meeting in live, partners took time to meet each other, comment each delivered output, and discuss future outputs.
